Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum reorder amount: 50 units total (across all SKUs).
  • Minimum quantities per SKU or style vary. The website will automatically adjust these on product pages to meet per-item minimums.
  • Minimum order quantities are non-negotiable.
  • Requests for single item purchases (samples or individual items) can be made at full retail price, which will be added to the invoice prior to payment collection.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
  • If all items are in stock, orders may be fulfilled within 24–48 hours.
  • If additional inventory is required to complete your order, we will notify you right away. In such cases, average lead time is 1–2 weeks.
  • An order confirmation will be emailed upon submission.
  • We reserve the right to substitute or remove discontinued or unavailable items with the closest equivalent, pending your approval before payment.

Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared, distributed, or published publicly.
  • Payment terms: Payment is required in full before orders ship.
  • Currency: Canadian Dollar (CAD).
  • Payment methods: E-transfer and credit card.
  • Price changes: May occur with 30 days’ notice.

Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to your invoice prior to payment.
  • Orders ship primarily via ICS Courier, Purolator, or UPS. We compare rates to provide the most economical option. Canada Post can be used upon request.
  • Actual shipping times vary depending on your location. Once a shipment pickup is scheduled, couriers typically collect the order the following day.
  • Nor’easter Apparel assumes no responsibility for carrier delays.
  • Orders may only be shipped to verified business addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for wholesale orders.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt, accompanied by photos.
  • Retailers manage their own in-store returns or exchanges according to their business policies. If a customer returns a defective item, please contact us for a replacement.
  • No returns are accepted on closeout or clearance items.

Account Eligibility

  • Accounts must belong to a registered business and include a valid business and HST number.
  • Products are not for personal use or resale on unauthorized marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or unapproved online stores, unless specifically authorized by Nor’easter Apparel.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel wholesale accounts at our discretion.

Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines

  • Retailers may use approved logos, product images, and descriptions provided by Nor’easter Apparel for marketing purposes.
  • Retailers are strictly prohibited from creating replicas or imitations of Nor’easter Apparel products. Our pieces are carefully curated to reflect high quality and protect our brand reputation. Unauthorized or low-quality imitations harm customer perception and brand integrity.
  • A Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is established by Nor’easter Apparel. Retailers may not sell below MSRP, though they may increase prices at their discretion.
  • If retailers wish to discount or liquidate merchandise, such promotions must be conducted in-store only, not online or on digital/social media platforms.
